| Limited Lifetime Warranty - All Blinds For Less™ products are backed by a
manufacture limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers any products will
be free from defects in materials or workmanship of the lifetime of the
original purchaser as long as the product is measured and installed in
residential dwellings according to manufacturers product instructions. This
warranty does not include any conditions resulting from damages caused by
accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorized devices, or failure to adhere
to our maintenance. In addition, since wooden slats are crafted from
natural wood, slight variation in color and grain may be present and slight
warpage may occur. These characteristics are inherent in finely milled wood and
are accepted as industry standards. |

| This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liability or
warranties, expressed or implied including without limitations the warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall
Blinds For Less™ be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential
damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss cost, expense, or fee.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or
consequential damages, so this exclusion may or may not apply. |

| Texas Law shall prevail in all aspects of our relationship. Brazoria County
shall be the sole venue for all disputes. |
