We tried to ensure that the colors of the samples on our site are accurate. The actual colors of the blind will vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. For these reasons, we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. Because our products are all custom made and cannot be returned, if an exact color match is required, then please request free samples before placing your order. You can do so by clicking on the link request sample on the product page. Also, remember that dye lots might vary between the swatch sample and the product you receive.
Stained finish real wood blinds: There are natural variances in the wood's color, grain, etc. that cause dye lots to vary in color. Although we consider these variances to be minimal there is no way to assure an exact color with stained wood blinds. If you are ordering real wood blinds with a stained color finish be sure to purchase all your blinds at the same time so they are manufactured from the same dye lot. We will only guarantee a color match for blinds that are purchased together on the same order.
Natural wood shades (matchstick & woven wood): Natural wood shades are made from bamboo, rattan, reeds, jutes, and other natural woods. Because they are a natural product the colors can vary substantially between dye lots. If you are ordering natural wood shades and you want them to match make certain you purchase all of your shades at the same time so they are manufactured from the same material lot. We will only guarantee a color match for shades that are purchased together on the same order. Also the color of our Bermuda pattern varies from a light green to a yellow/tan depending on when the bamboo is harvested. Green bamboo should gradually change to a more yellow/tan color over time.
When you order custom blinds from Blinds For Less™, each blind is individually manufactured for each window using your measurements and options. For this reason, we can only accept returns on orders that are incorrectly filled by the manufacturer or that are defective. If there is a defective product the manufacturer will repair or replace the product at no charge. . Because of the speed in which your order is processed and products are manufactured, there are no cancellations. Depending on the type of error, you may return the product to the factory for alteration or we will have it remade at a discount.

Multiple Shipments
Different types of window treatments may be manufactured in different facilities and shipped separately. Therefore, if your order consists of different types of window treatments, you may receive them at different times.
Shipping Times
Most of our blinds ship within 5 to 10 working days after receipt of a complete order with check or credit card approval. On rare occasions, there may be manufacturing delays out of our control. In these cases, we will notify you of the delay and the estimated shipping date of your order. Unless there is a delay or need for more information from you, orders will be in production the following business day.
Damage During Shipping
Your blinds are insured through the manufacturer while being shipped. It is your responsibility when signing for receipt of the blinds, to thoroughly check the condition of the cartons. If you notice any damage to the boxes, indicate this on the courier’s delivery ticket. We would suggest that you sign your name and write "Damaged cartons" beside it. We ask that you notify us within 24 hours from the time you receive the damaged blinds and supply us with a copy of the delivery ticket to process the claim with the courier. We will coordinate the repair or replacement of the damaged products. Limited Lifetime Warranty - All Blinds For Less products are backed by a manufacture limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers any products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship of the lifetime of the original purchaser as long as the product is measured and installed in residential dwellings according to manufacturers product instructions. This warranty does not include any conditions resulting from damages caused by accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorized devices, or failure to adhere to our maintenance. In addition, since wooden slats are crafted from natural wood, slight variation in color and grain may be present and slight warpage may occur. These characteristics are inherent in finely milled wood and are accepted as industry standards.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liability or warranties, expressed or implied including without limitations the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Blinds For Less be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss cost, expense, or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may or may not apply.
Every window treatment sold by Blinds For Less is designed to provide a lifetime of trouble free use.
