When you order custom blinds from Blinds For Less™, each blind is individually
manufactured for each window using your measurements and options. For this
reason, we can only accept returns on orders that are incorrectly filled by the
manufacturer or that are defective. If there is a defective product the
manufacturer will repair or replace the product at no charge. Because of
the speed in which your order is processed and products are manufactured, there
are no cancellations. We realize that mistakes may occur and if you make a
mistake in measuring or ordering, please contact customer service at our toll
free number 1-866-549-LESS (5377). Depending on the type of error, you
may return the product to the factory for alteration or we will have it remade
at a discount. |
